View Our Partnered Communities
View our participating communities online. Once you find some communities you like, head on over to step two.

Apply Online
Submit an application using our online application system. Once approved, we can filter through the properties we know you're approved for. Think of it as the same process as prequalifying for purchasing a home.

Tour Your List Of Favorites
Now that you're prequalified for your next apartment, we'll create a list with you of "must-have" amenities for your next home, and match you with the best suited community.

Move In
Once you pick out your next home, we'll let the property tmanager know, and they will reach out to you directly to schedule your move in.
Tenants
Tenants only pay a one-time application fee that is exclusively paid to the application hosting provider. Your prequalified rental application is good for 60 days and allows you to tour any apartment that meets your criteria.
